About the Job

  • INVESTMENTS
    • Support Portfolio Advisors in reviewing investment proposals
    • Support liaison and coordination with the pipeline team regarding deal flow proposals
    • Assist in maintaining and updating the Division Pipeline database
    • Prepare compliance checks of transactions before disbursements
    • Verify trade tickets for disbursements
    • Upload IC memos in database
  • RISK MANAGEMENT
    • Monitor investment compliance with fund's prospectus and take actions in case of breach
    • Coordinate with Risk Units on recovery cases and share work-out presentations and valuation recommendations with clients
    • Support Portfolio Advisors in obtaining signatures for work-out cases and contracts
  • FUND REPORTING
    • Produce monthly and quarterly risk and impact reports for funds
    • Maintain monthly portfolio impairment table up-to-date
    • Disseminate monthly FX presentation
  • PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
    • Validate NAV calculations
    • Upload monthly NAV, cash position, and share performance in digital systems
    • Conduct cash management tasks
    • Implement share class and portfolio hedging strategies, liaising with Forex unit
    • Produce quarterly performance attribution for unhedged funds
    • Assist during annual closings, audits, dividend payments, and early share redemptions
    • Generate yearly Microfinance label reporting
  • GOVERNANCE
    • Monitor fund documentation management and filing post-launch
    • Support production of documentation for board meetings and circular resolutions
    • Assist Portfolio Advisors in fund closings and related documentation
    • Support in producing semi-annual fund presentations
  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT
    • Contribute to generating more reports from PowerBi
    • Disseminate broker list and prepare allocation file
    • Assist with meeting minutes, communications, and project support

Your Qualifications

  • REQUIREMENTS
    • We seek a highly motivated individual who is autonomous and thrives in a fast-paced environment
    • Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in finance, banking, or impact investing
    • Demonstrated interest in emerging markets and impact finance
    • Understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical, and quantitative skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience in PowerBi is a plus
    • Comfortable with client interaction in an international environment
    • High integrity, confidentiality, and ability to handle competing demands
    • Fluency in English and French, knowledge of German or Spanish is beneficial
    • Swiss/EU National or valid Swiss Work Permit required
