YOUR MISSION
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Group Charter Advisor / broker (MANDATORY)
  • Highly organized and adept at handling multiple tasks efficiently, seamlessly transitioning between activities such as cold calls, flight briefings, negotiations, and client meetings under high pressure
  • Must be fluent in English with additional languages considered a valuable asset
  • Customer-centric individual with a strong sense of accountability

YOUR ROLE
  • Expand and manage the company's portfolio by proactively engaging in cold calling while upholding excellent personalized service standards before, during, and after flights
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through outbound sales calls, emails, and in-person or virtual visits to convert prospects
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including monitoring all flights meticulously (even outside regular office hours)
  • Attend to airport duties as required to supervise flights and meet clients
  • Cultivate relationships with operators to ensure access to a wide range of aircraft and offer solutions to customers
  • Nurture strong customer relationships to drive business growth
  • Achieve sales and financial targets
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of aircraft and charter procedures
  • Handle urgent charter requests round-the-clock
  • Create custom proposals for business-minded clients
  • Monitor flight departures and arrivals
  • Lead a small team of advisors and provide regular updates to management
