Deine Aufgaben

Du entwickelst die interne Analytics-Kompetenz weiter und förderst analysebasierte und kundenorientierte Entscheidungen im gesamten Unternehmen
Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben zählen die Identifikation und Einschätzung relevanter Geschäftsfragestellungen und deren Lösbarkeit durch Data Science. Ausserdem unterstützt du den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der BI-Applikationen und des Data Warehouse
Zudem erarbeitest du datengetriebene Modelle inkl. Handlungsempfehlungen als Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Geschäftsleitung und alle Geschäftsbereiche
Die fachliche Projektleitung für Erweiterungsprojekte und Neueinführungen sowie die Mitarbeit bei technischen, analytischen und anderen Innovationen runden dein spannendes Aufgabengebiet ab
Dein Profil

Du hast ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken, konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und verfügst über eine ausgesprochene Affinität und Enthusiasmus im Umgang mit Daten
Du arbeitest gerne in einem dynamischen Umfeld und tauschst dich aktiv mit deinen Teamkolleginnen und -kollegen aus
Du hast dein Studium an einer Uni/FH mit Fokus (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Statistik oder Mathematik erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügst über eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
Du konntest bereits praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen der statistischen Analyse von Big Data sowie der Visualisierung von strukturierten und unstrukturierten Daten sammeln
Zudem bist du den Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken und SQL gewohnt und verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einer gängigen statistischen Programmiersprache (R, Python). Bevorzugt hast du Erfahrung mit Shiny Dashboards sowie erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Cloud-Umgebungen (z.B. Azure/Google Cloud) gemacht. Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sind von Vorteil
Du bist es gewohnt, präzise und selbständig zu arbeiten sowie hohen Qualitätsanforderungen gerecht zu werden
Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse
