Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Broker Consultant Non-Vie PME FR / ENG en contrat permanent à 100%, et basé(e) à Genève. La ou le collaborateur(trice) rejoindra le département Service Interne de la société. La compagnie d'assurance est très active sur l'ensemble de la Suisse.

Broker Consultant

Missions

  • Intégration au sein du département interne de la structure ;
  • Support aux Conseillers Externes en Assurances ;
  • Gestion technique et administrative d'un portefeuille d'assurances entreprises non-vie ;
  • Réponse à l'ensemble des requêtes clients entreprises par téléphone, emails, visioconférence ou rendez-vous en face à face ;
  • Visite des clients (nos partenaires)
  • Audit et analyse des couvertures d'assurances existantes ;
  • Proposition des offres sur-mesure correspondant aux besoins des clients ;
  • Souscription des polices d'assurances ;
  • Renouvellement des polices d'assurances ;
  • Suivi de la gestion des sinistres d'assurances ;
  • Lien avec les autres départements à l'interne et à l'externe ;

Profil du candidat

  • Formation en assurances en entreprise
  • Certification AFA validée
  • Brevet Fédéral comme un atout ;
  • Solide expérience professionnelle en tant que Gestionnaire Assurances Senior Non-Vie ou Spécialiste Assurances Non-Vie au sein d'une compagnie d'assurance ou d'un courtier en assurances en Suisse ;
  • Fort intérêt pour les branches d'assurances entreprises Non-Vie ;
  • Bonne maîtrise de la Suite MS Office et des programmes assurances ;
  • Excellente maîtrise de la langue française à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
  • Maîtrise de la langue anglaise à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
  • Maîtrise d'une autre langue comme un atout ;
  • Autonome, adaptable, bonne gestion du stress & esprit d'équipe ;
  • Résidence suisse.
