_ What you will do:
_
- Full cycle invoicing generating, booking, sending and reconciling
- Manage the timely, accurate monthly closing for accounts receivable tasks and records
- Assemble financial information for auditing
- Assist in reconciling ledgers, reports and accounting records
- Analyze, post activity and assist in reconciliation for intercompany accounts through active coordination with the sister sites
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Perform ad hoc analysis as necessary as well monitor ARrelated KPIs
- Participate in projects and develop process/system improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness
_ Education_
- Commercial Education Background (KV)
_ Experience_
- 13 years accounts receivable/general accounting experience in an international environment
_ Knowledge, Skills, Abilities_
- Prior experience within Accounting / Finance or related fields
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI are required
- Data management experience and the ability to manage large sets of data and accurate reports
- Good business acumen for problem solving
- Willingness to work extended hours during month end closing
- Selfmotivated, higher level of flexibility and strong work ethic with the goal to get the job done
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process and control gaps and champion improvement initiatives through Practical Process Improvement (PPI)
