Junior Accountant

As an
Jr.

Accountantyou be responsible for the accounts receivable cycle and related tasks:
generate invoices, send invoices to the customer, resolve customer queries, support month end closes. You will demonstrate excellent social skills, and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Your responsibilities:

• Full cycle invoicing generating, booking, sending and reconciling
• Handle the timely, accurate monthly closing for accounts receivable tasks and records
• Assemble financial information for auditing
• Assist in reconciling ledgers, reports and accounting records
• Analyze, post activity and assist in reconciliation for intercompany accounts through active coordination with the sister sites
• Investigate and resolve customer queries
• Perform ad hoc analysis as necessary as well monitor ARrelated KPIs
• Participate in projects and develop process/system improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness

Your qualification:

• Commercial Education Background (KV)

- more than 2 years accounts receivable/general accounting experience in an international environment

• Prior experience within Accounting / Finance or related fields
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI are required
• Data management experience and the ability to handle large sets of data and accurate reports
• Good eye for business for problem solving
• Willingness to work extended hours during month end closing
• Selfmotivated, higher level of flexibility and strong work ethic with the goal to get the job done
