Tasks


As a product manager, you will be fully responsible for one of our three product squads and work in a cross-functional team.

The team, which is comprised of you as product manager, a UX/UI designer, and the engineers, improves user experience and delivers new solutions end-to-end.

You drive ideation, prioritization, and discovery of these solutions and coordinate work with our product partners. You support the team throughout the implementation and re-evaluate launched features for future improvements.

You develop a solid knowledge of our business, our clients, banking products and the Swiss Fintech market.

Requirements:

  • You completed your degree in a relevant field (you decide if it was relevant); experience with behavioral science or user research is a clear plus
  • You have worked for at least 23 years in product management and/or in the Fintech or tech industry in general
  • You are a handson person that does not shy away from the high development speed and sometimes uncertainty within a startup
  • You bring a passion for solving customer needs with mobile / digital products and you value the beauty of simple solutions and an impeccable user experience
  • You are fluent in English, German is considered a plus
  • Any previous experiences with our PM tool stack is a bonus: Figma, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Postman, Firebase, Phrase
