Die Produkte überzeugen durch eine nachgewiesene medizinische Wirksamkeit, hohe Qualität und besten Tragekomfort. Die wichtigsten Absatzmärkte sind der medizinische Fachhandel sowie Praxen und Kliniken. Dein Verantwortungs- und Aufgabenbereich:

  • Strategische Planung und Managen des Produktangebots über den gesamten Life Cycle hinweg
  • Planung aller Marketingaktivitäten sowie Definition der Go-to-Market Strategie für Neueinführungen
  • Regelmässige Auswertung der definierten KPIs, Kosten sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Massnahmen
  • Planung und Kontrolle des Marketingbudgets Orthopädie sowie Statusabgleich mit Vertrieb und Marketing
  • Befähigung der Vertriebskanäle durch markt- und zielgruppenspezifische Schulungen

Dein Profil:

  • Ausbildung in BWL, Marketing oder Naturwissenschaft mit Berufserfahrung im Produkt Management
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Medizin oder starke Affinität bzw. Interesse am Gesundheitsmarkt Schweiz
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsskills mit Begeisterungs- und Umsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Französisch- sowie Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Hands-on Mentalität und ggf. auch mit Führungserfahrung
