**Il tuo lavoro in breve**:

- Lotta antifrode presso Baloise: oltre all'attività investigativa nella Svizzera italofona (50%), ci supporti anche nelle attività amministrative e nei progetti (30-50%).
- Siamo organizzati in modo decentralizzato con 3 sedi: diventa parte del nostro team LFA di Lugano

**Cosa l'aspetta**:
Con il tuo sesto senso ci aiuti a tutelare i premi assicurativi dei/delle nostri/e clienti onesti/e e contribuisci a smascherare eventuali abusi.

La tua ambizione è mettere i bastoni tra le ruote ai truffatori e lavori costantemente a stretto contatto con i nostri collaboratori che gestiscono i casi nelle rispettive lingue dei diversi centri di prestazioni. Sei un/a vero/a team player

La tua attività comprende anche compiti amministrativi come rispondere a richieste scritte, formulate per lo più in tedesco. Questi compiti possono essere svolti autonomamente, non necessariamente in un luogo specifico e in modo flessibile.

Con noi devi avere la volontà e la perseveranza di seguire un caso fino a smascherarlo. Ti servono una certa intuizione, tenacia e creatività. È importante che tu sia in grado di fare i conti con qualsiasi tipo di comportamento. Sii perspicace, metti in discussione le circostanze, divertiti lavorando in squadra e aiutaci a smascherare e risolvere possibili truffe. Per quanto riguarda la ricerca delle informazioni, che sia a livello digitale o analogico, hai già alle spalle le tue prime esperienze nel settore assicurativo, ad esempio come impiegato/a specializzato/a in materia di sinistri oppure nutri grande interesse e non ti manca la motivazione per imparare direttamente nell'ambito assicurativo.

Per la parte amministrativa del lavoro ci serve una persona affidabile, capace di gestire costantemente lavori di routine a livelli qualitativi elevati. Avere un'attitudine vigile è un aspetto particolarmente importante in questo contesto, perché è guardando le cose dall'angolazione giusta che si riescono a scoprire anche eventuali incoerenze.

**Le tue capacità**
- Il tedesco è la nostra lingua di team. Dovresti essere in grado di comunicare senza problemi in tedesco e in italiano (almeno livello C1, idealmente madrelingua).
- Sei un/a team player.
- Un'eventuale esperienza assicurativa è un punto a favore.
- Il pensiero analitico ti aiuta a progredire.
- Dovresti essere in grado di agire in modo coerente e risoluto.

- L'empatia, ovvero la capacità di immedesimarsi nelle persone e di entrare in sintonia con gli altri è spesso una chiave di successo per investigatori e investigatrici.

**Il tuo team**: Il servizio LFA, ovvero il servizio di lotta contro le frodi assicurative, si occupa esclusivamente di potenziali casi di prestazione truffaldini. Raccogliamo informazioni incriminanti e scagionanti e forniamo ai nostri committenti una raccomandazione oggettiva rilevante per la successiva decisione in merito alla prestazione.
