For a dynamic online company we're looking for a Purchase Manager.

The person will lead the procurement team and manage supplier relationships globally, with a strong focus on China. The Purchase Manager will ensure that the supply chain operations are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the business objectives.Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers, ensuring favourable terms and maintaining strong supplier relationships.Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions.Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and support new product launches.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and international trade laws.Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure business continuity. Qualifikationen Proven experience as a Purchase Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on
international procurement of voluminous goods. Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and global sourcing,
particularly from China. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in procurement software and tools.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Business fluent Italian and English If you're excited about this opportunity and feel that you meet the requirements, we would love to hear from you.
