Description du poste
**Votre mission**:
Pour renforcer **l'équipe Synechron Suisse**, nous cherchons **un/une Business Analyste**. La mission est pour l'un de nos clients, **une banque localisée à Genève**.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Vous serez amené à participer à la formulation des besoins exprimés par les clients, les analyser et rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles, en particulier dans les activités liées aux **reporting transactionnel règlementaire** (**EMIR Refit EU & UK**);
- Vous rédigerez les documents projets - **spécifications fonctionnelles, cahier des charges, lettre de cadrage**;
- Vous aurez pour missions de prendre en compte les nouvelles demandes de paramétrage, en assurer les tests et rédiger la documentation;
- Vous serez porteur/euse de certaines initiatives comme **suivi, coordination et reporting** avec les différentes parties prenantes et équipes en collaboration.

**Qualifications**:
**Votre profil et compétences**:

- Vous êtes **titulaire d'un Master en Économie, Finance ou Ingénierie**;
- Vous justifiez au moins** sept années d'expérience** en tant que **Business Analyste technique **dans un **environnement Agile**;
- Vous possédez une excellente connaissance **du domaine Reporting Transactionnel Réglementaire** en particulier sur **EMIR. MAS, FinFrag, SFTR, MIFIR;**:

- Vous avez une bonne connaissance du domaine de l'**Asset management**, des métiers des **fonds de placements**, des **investissements** et **produits financiers**;
- Vous maîtrisez des **langages de requête SQL**, ainsi que des **outils d**'**accès aux bases de données**;
- Vous faites preuve d'une expérience dans **l'analyse des flux de données**;
- Vous êtes familière avec **l'agilité** et **ses principales méthodologies**;
- Vous avez un esprit analytique;
- Vous êtes organisé(e), pragmatique et disposez d'un excellent esprit d'équipe;
- Vous êtes doté(e) d'une grande** aisance communicationnelle**;
- Vous avez de bonnes **compétences interpersonnelles**;
- Vous parlez **le français et l'anglais** parfaitement;
- Vous** résidez en Suisse** ou souhaitez y installer.
