Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements for ServiceNow platform enhancements and initiatives.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and design solutions that align with organizational objectives and industry standards.
- Lead workshops and meetings to facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder alignment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and operations, to implement and roll out ServiceNow solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of ServiceNow configurations and customizations to ensure top-notch quality and dependability.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices, offering valuable insights and suggestions to stakeholders and the product team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst specializing in the ServiceNow platform.
- Demonstrated success in implementing ServiceNow solutions, covering requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment (CSM and/or ITSM modules).
- Preferred certifications include Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Strong analytical abilities to translate business requirements into technical solutions and UX design concepts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Proficiency in English is essential, with French proficiency considered a significant asset.
- Experience leading workshops, meetings, and presentations to drive consensus and decision-making with a UX focus.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, emphasizing innovative and practical solution delivery.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks is advantageous.
