&S is a trading company in charge of all physical trading and shipping of crude oil and refined products on behalf of the TotalEnergies Company. It has been an active participant all over the supply chain as well as on the derivatives paper market in order to manage the market risk for a long time.

    What you will do
You will report to the Financial Control Manager within the Trading & Shipping financial team.

  • Your main responsibilities will be the following:
  • You will prepare TOTSA overheads budget at the perimeters of the different branches in collaboration with HR and the different departments. You will develop the re-invoicing process in a context of growth in the services provided by TOTSA to the other Branches of the Company.
  • You will optimize and develop as much as necessary the tools used in the context of your missions. You will participate in the definition and implementation of the projects necessary for the evolution of the processes and tools used by the financial teams of the various T&S entities.

Context and environment

  • You will be part of a dynamic team of 5 Management controllers and will work closely with all of T&S' Finance departments (Credit, Market Risk Control, Internal Control, Treasury and Accounting), with Management, Operational directions, the management controllers of the other Branches of the Company.
  • You have a Master Degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in an economics or finance position.
  • Rigour, capacity for analysis and synthesis, autonomy.
  • Taste for numbers and dexterity in handling calculation tools and databases. Good knowledge of IT tools (Excel, PBI, etc.).
  • Your dynamism, your ability to work in a team, your reactivity and your good interpersonal skills will allow you to integrate successfully into the team.
  • You have good English and French verbal and writing skills
