PURPOSE OF THE JOB


Reporting to the Head of Design Woman, the Design Office Intern supports all the activities related to the style office and the creation of the seasonal collection.


CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Back office activities in the design office
  • Fill in and update the collection's trim sheets (InDesign)
  • Digitalization of the seasonal mood boards and colour cards (Photoshop)
  • Colouring sketches (Photoshop)
  • Approvals of the collection's lab dips
  • Preparing the look books layout and filling in the style codes (Excel)
  • Management of the archives: têxtile research archive, moods and colours archive, a digital archive of all over prints, SMS and shopping samples archive
  • Support and collaborate in all the activities related to the line opening presentation, such as receiving and organising SMS, showroom set up, dressing support at line presentation

Requirements:

  • Good computer experience including but not limited to Microsoft: Excel, Word, Outlook, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Familiarity with a womenswear collection
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group of creative people
  • Flexible in an everchanging, fastpaced environment
  • Good level of English.
