Head of DPM Key Clients:

Description:

UBP's core purpose is to manage assets and deliver performance to its clients.

With Investment Services part of the Asset Management arm of the Bank but working exclusively for Wealth Management's clients, private clients have access to UBP's institutional expertise.

The team's mission consists of leveraging UBP's global investment expertise to provide sharp and timely conviction-driven investment opportunities.

The investment process is driven by the Bank's Global Investment Committee (GIC) which defines our in-house economic scenario and the optimal allocation to each asset class and currency to fit our clients' objectives and risk capacity.

The GIC also defines the strategic drivers that will be used by Advisory to generate theme, sector or equity recommendations, and by Portfolio Management to construct optimal portfolios with a robust risk management framework.

The Investment Services team continually provides analysis and outlooks on the market and asset allocation to deliver high value-added investment recommendations to our clients.


Mission:

Managing UBP's DPM Key Clients team (2-3 portfolio managers)

Challenges:

Show dedication and conviction in a challenging market environment.

Main responsibilities:

  • Monitoring UBP's key clients DPM mandates
  • Setting up key indicators (performance, risks)
  • Respecting current regulation (internal and external)
  • Developing specific client reports for DPM key clients
  • Managing discretionary "Bespoke" multiasset mandates
  • In line with the respective client's guidelines and constraints
  • In line with the Global Investment Committee's recommendations
  • To the client / Relationship Manager satisfaction
  • Marketing the Discretionary Portfolio Management offering with the objective to increase AUM
  • Investment proposals / portfolio management reports / client visits
  • Regular meetings / presentations to Relationship Managers (team meeting & one to one)
  • Communication of investment strategy and performance of DPM portfolios

Education:

  • Education: Master Degree
  • Certification: Monitoring UBP's key clients DPM mandates o Setting up key indicators (performance, risks) o Respect
  • Technical skills: Good knowledge of usual IT tools (Windows, Bloomberg / Reuters)

Experience:

  • Years of experience: +10 : senior
  • Experience required: At least 10year experience in managing multiasset portfolios
  • Experience in private banking: Mandatory

Language:

  • English: Fluent (Other languages are an asset)
