Position Summary

As Global Search Lead, you will spearhead the development and execution of Nestlé's global search strategy, encompassing traditional, retail, and platform search, covering both organic and paid search avenues.

A Day in the Life of a Global Search Lead

  • Define and implement Nestlé's comprehensive search strategy, spanning traditional SEO, Paid Search, Retail Organic Search, Platform Organic Search, and Platform Paid Search.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Business Units, Zones, and key markets to devise and execute category/brand-specific search plans.
  • Supervise the global agency Search teams to oversee search strategy and execution at local and international levels.
  • Foster partnerships with global search collaborators, with a significant focus on Google, to meet search objectives.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Technology team to integrate cutting-edge search technologies.
  • Team up with Integrated Business Services to enhance and implement Search service processes.
  • Enhance and cultivate Nestlé's global search capabilities.

Key Success Factors

  • 8-10 years' significant search-related experience (SEO or Paid Search).
  • Additional background in Retail Search is beneficial.
  • Proven track record in managing Search partners and performance Media agencies.
  • Experience in cross-functional management.
  • A history of successfully leading complex international search projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute effective SEO or Paid Search strategies.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and eCommerce, with proficiency in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in English.
