- Le groupe « Application Production Services » (APS) a été créé au sein du service « IT Infrastructures » afin de permettre l'industrialisation des tâches liées aux environnements de production comprenant notamment les déploiements applicatifs, le suivi et le support 2e niveau.
- Votre mission au sein de l'équipe APS est de:

- Effectuer les mises en production,
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les dysfonctionnements,
- Proposer des axes d'amélioration,
- Contribuer aux projets techniques et métiers,
- S'assurer du respect des SLA,
- Respecter les bonnes pratiques d'intégration,
- Sécuriser les flux de données,
- Participer à l'industrialisation des environnements,
- Veiller au respect des normes et standards,
- Maintenir la documentation à jour,
- Participer aux semaines de piquets.-

- En tant qu'expert technique : connaissance du rôle d'ingénieur de production, gestion des environnements applicatifs, techniques et infrastructure, ITIL, Agile, DEVOPS, industrialisation et automatisation.
