- Du betreust und unterstützt unsere Auszubildenden, Praktikant*innen und Werkstudent*innen
- Du bildest unsere Industriekaufleute und dualen Studierenden aus
- Du berätst und unterstützt unsere Fach-Ausbilder*innen und Fachbereiche in allen relevanten Fragestellungen rund um die Zielgruppe "Young Talents"
- Du betreust den Bereich Young Talents administrativ
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für Performance-Gespräche, um die Leistung und Entwicklung der Young Talents zu begleiten und zu unterstützen
- Du entwickelst und implementierst Prozesse zur Verbesserung der Betreuung, Entwicklung und Bindung unserer "Young Talents"
- Du bist erste*r Ansprechpartner*in für externe Organisationen wie die IHK und andere Bildungseinrichtungen
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Fachabteilungen zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Young Talents in relevante Projekte eingebunden werden und wir so unserem Lehrauftrag nachkommen
- Du nimmst Teil an Messen und Events
- Du überwachst die gesetzlichen Vorschriften
**Das macht dich aus**:
Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, alternativ ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung, sowie einen Ausbilderschein nach AEVO
-Du hast bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Auszubildenden
-Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
-Deine Arbeitsweise ist proaktiv und Lösungsorientiert
-Du verfügst über Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
-Du bist empathisch und kannst auf die Bedürfnisse der Zielgruppe "Young Talents" eingehen
-Mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bewältigen ist für dich kein Problem
-Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
