  • Du verantwortest das Systemengineering der Anlagen und sicherst ihre Funktionalität.
  • Konfiguration der Anlagen nach Kundenanforderungen unter Beachtung von Normen und Standards.
  • Erstellung von Prozesskalkulationen für Massenströme, Wärmeübertragungen und Sicherheitseinrichtungen.
  • Spezifikation von Komponenten, Instrumenten und Apparaten.
  • Erarbeitung funktionaler Spezifikationen für die Anlagensteuerung.
  • Erstellung anlagenbezogener Risikoanalysen nach Maschinenrichtlinien und CE-Anforderungen.
  • Bearbeitung von Design, Reviews und Prüfprotokollen.
  • Teilnahme an Kundenprojektbesprechungen.
  • Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmen und Abnahme-Tests im Haus und beim Kunden.
  • Aktualisierung, Kontrolle und Archivierung von Engineering-Dokumenten.
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Überwachung von Abnahmen für CE-Konformität (Druckgeräterichtlinie).
  • Mitarbeit an internen Entwicklungsprojekten und Firmenstandards.

  • Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss (FH) oder äquivalente Qualifikationen im Bereich Technik oder Ingenieurwesen (Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau, Biotechnologie, Lebensmitteltechnologie, Chemie).
  • Dein Wissen erstreckt sich über Verfahrenstechnik und Anlagenengineering.
  • Kenntnisse im Hygienedesign und Anwendung der ASME BPE sind von Vorteil.
  • Du bringst einige Jahre Erfahrung als Process Engineer im Bereich Anlagenbau/Lebensmittel mit.
  • Du bist bereit zu weltweiten Reisen, sei es für wenige Tage oder mehrere Wochen.
