As a front desk receptionist, you will be part of an amazing team. You bring a customer excellence mind set and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Internal logistics (ownership of the process) for post & courier, maintaining the process and teaching users
  • Daytoday front desk work together with the office manager
  • Monthly expenses for office purchases and travel
  • Support the office manager in events and gatherings, visits, celebrations, and office projects
  • Support with designing & implementing office policies, processes, and tools
  • Cover for office manager during absence and vacation
  • Assist with on boarding tasks and schedule of new joiners' sessions
  • Support the office manager in regards to company business travels
  • Support with travel scheduling for Clevels
  • Archiving of confidential company documents

You have:

  • Willingness to support in a proactive manner
  • Ability to be flexible and work in a dynamic fast paced and changing environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organise, manage and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Experience in a similar role is welcomed
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
  • German a big plus
