What You'll Do
- Lead, design, develop, and implement complex endtoend signal processing pipelines, engineer features and disease models using data collected across the patient journey, from clinical trials to clinical encounters
- Perform technical, analytical, and clinical validation analyses and communicate results to thereapeutic communities of interest, sensor scienctist, machine learning experts and digital medicine practitioners.
- Support integration, design and development of novel sensorbased measurement solutions
- Perform vendor oversight responsibilities on crossfunctional collaborations in machine learning and AI methods development
Who You Are
Qualifications Required Skills**- 8 or more years of pharma/biotech/tech industry experience, alternatively extensive experience in academic/clinical centers of excellence
- Expertise in the field of sensorbased signal processing leveraging state of the art methodologies, programming languages, and tools
- Experience in managing complex, interdisciplinary research, and development projects, especially in the fields of software and technology implementation
- Profound experience in data science, machine learning, and data engineering programming using python and higherlevel libraries such as numpy, pandas, scipy, statsmodels, scikitlearn, TensorFlow, matplotlib, Plotly, or similar
Preferred Skills
- Experienced in communicating and building consensus on difficult or sensitive information with technology and business teams
- Background or familiarity in the use of digital health technology for measuring disease outcomes
- Knowledge and experience of additional statistical and software engineering tools, e.g., R, Shiny, Dash, Rust, Spark
