CONTEXT
An exciting opportunity to provide an effective and efficient support to the Head of the Sustainability Academy.

In this role you will support the deployment of the learning strategy throughout the Group and also collaborate in scouting and assessing training materials.


HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Learning & Development

  • Assess learning materials prior to their integration into the Academy learning offer
  • Scout new learning contents in line with business priorities
Communication

  • Animate the Sustainability Academy site and its communication channels
  • Create compelling contents to promote learning offers and for the ESG Newsletter
  • Design graphics and other visual communication material as needed.
Organisation

  • Monitoring the Academy KPIs
  • Help in the organisation of Sustainability internal events (conferences, webinars)

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE ?

  • Fluent in
    French and English:
  • Flexibility, detail-orientated and positive
  • Ability to
    manage several projects simultaneously and to
    meet deadline:
  • Trained in communication, journalism, or media studies is a plus

No prior knowledge of the Sustainability topics is required ; actually, a "fresh eye" perspective to review content could be an interesting element.
