CONTEXT:

The 360° Communication Intern will be part of the Scrum Art of Gifting, located in our Geneva head office. You will work closely with our project leaders on the development of several international 360° campaigns and on-going processes.

MAIN MISSIONS:

  • Development of 360° gifting advertising campaigns:
  • Following up timings and retroplannings,
  • Coordination of all the development steps from brief to final toolbox delivery,
  • Ensuring consistency of all the communication assets (offline & online),
  • Preparation and coordination of meetings with creative teams/advertising agencies, anticipation of the production and shooting preparation.
  • Internal coordination & communication:
  • Organization of regular meetings with multifunctional teams
  • Attending to brainstorming sessions,
  • Coordination of the launch notes and toolboxes
  • Regular updates of internal tools

HOW YOU CAN FIT:

  • Student looking for an endofstudies internship or gapyear internship
    (an internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory),
  • Fluency in French and English is key,
  • Ability to understand the brand, the retail and cosmetic environment,
  • Previous experience on digital platforms and/or retail environment is a plus,
  • Team player, adaptability & flexibility (our team works with agile methodologies),
  • Management of priorities and proactiveness,

STARTING DATE:
July 2024 for 6 months (full-time position)
