Das kannst du bewirken

Als Major Account Executive für Top-Brands aus den Branchen Gesundheitswesen (Krankenkassen und Intermediäre), Mitgliedschaften (Verbände und Parteien) und NPOs bist du verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die Pflege strategischer Kundenbeziehungen. Deine Aufgabe ist es, langfristige Partnerschaften mit der Schlüsselkundschaft aufzubauen, den Umsatz zu sichern, neue Verkaufsabschlüsse zu erzielen und damit zum nachhaltigen Wachstum beizutragen. Du entwickelst für deine Kundschaft massgeschneiderte, crossmediale Werbekampagnen, von der Planung bis zur Post-Advertising Phase, und begleitest diese zusammen mit dem Sales Support und den Fachspezialistinnen und -spezialisten von der Akquisition bis zur Umsetzung. Im Zuge deiner Aussendiensttätigkeit bist du unser Gesicht vor Ort und betreust die Firmen aus deinem Portfolio in der gesamten Deutschschweiz. Dein Engagement und deine Begeisterung für unsere Produkte sind entscheidend dafür, unsere Präsenz zu stärken und unsere Marktposition auszubauen. Du baust gezielt dein Netzwerk bei unseren Auftaggebenden aus, erkennst die Rollen innerhalb des Buying-Centers und gehst auf die unterschiedlichen Bedürfnisse ein. Mit deiner fundierten (digitalen) Expertise trägst du wesentlich zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Werbeportfolios bei. Dein Beitrag ist entscheidend für Innovation und Wachstum in einem dynamischen Marktumfeld.

Das bringst du mit

Mit einem höheren Abschluss im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft und/oder eine Weiterbildung im Sales bist du optimal auf diese spannende Herausforderung gerüstet. Wir suchen eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit fundierten Kenntnissen des Werbemarkts in der Schweiz, idealerweise mit bestehenden Beziehungen in eine der oben beschriebenen Branchen. Deine Erfahrung im Sales und Key Account Management, sowie deine Fähigkeit in der Entwicklung und Pflege von strategischen Kundenbeziehungen und in der Neukundenakquisition begeistern uns. Du bist eine gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit herausragenden Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, insbesondere beim Pitchen von Präsentationen. Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus. Du kommunizierst mündlich und schriftlich stilsicher auf Deutsch, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
