For our client a prestigious swiss private bank in Zurich, we are looking for a talented Assistant Private Banking within the UK client market.

Tasks

  • Organize the endtoend accountopening process, taking into consideration local regulatory specificities
  • Secure strict followup of documentation
  • Assist documentation flows (archiving and processing physical and electronic forms)
  • Procure KYC information and update complementary documents in the systems
  • Process workflow requests in the systems (client codifications, credit card requests, credit lines, pricing exceptions, etc.)
  • Close coordination with the Compliance and Risk Management team to resolve any risk and compliance matters
  • Lead and organise the prioritization and remediation of Key Risk Indicators
  • Edit payments and transfers while ensuring call backs are systematically performed
  • Build close relationships with relevant internal stakeholders

- regular contact with customers, both in writing and by telephone

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years\' experience in a similar function
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus e.g. French or German
  • Understand client documentation and internal processes of a wealth manager
  • Familiar with regulatory dimensions (crossborder, R&C, PEP, CARA, FATCA, CRS etc)
  • Attention to detail
  • Reliable and resilient, with a strong sense of responsibility and an ability to multitask
  • Solutionsoriented and proactive mindset
  • Strong team spirit and ability to work independently
  • Minimum three years experience in a similar function
