Head of Project Management Expansion Projects

Your Contribution:

  • You can lead and coach a team of project managers for expansion and CAPEX projects, and you secure the availability of the right and sufficient resources.
  • As a member of steering committees you determine and scope projects for SCHOTT Pharma and ensure that the goals will be reached and that quality standards are met.
  • Planning of complex, international projects comprising all relevant disciplines up to greenfield activities is nothing new for you. And you take responsibility for project initialization phases, until handover to a proper project organization is set up.
  • You react when projects are in critical situations to support your team and moderate the actions to bring the project back on track.
  • You make sure that the projects in your team are executed within time, budget and scope, and that project controlling and reporting are in place.

Your Profile:

  • You have a university degree in engineering or similar
  • You have advanced experience in leading multicultural, international teams
  • You have professional experience in project management, ideally in international CAPEX projects within a GMP or pharmarelated environment
  • You are an excellent communicator, comfortable with interactions on all hierarchy levels, and have strong presentation skills
  • You can switch flexible between different roles (Project Management, Business, Manager)
  • Good command of German and English language (written and spoken) are mandatory
