To guarantee smooth onboarding and ongoing support for our clients, we are on the lookout for a DevOps and Support Engineer to assist clients in starting up and maintaining their systems effectively.
Given the intricate nature of Atfinity's configurations and deployments, this role bridges DevOps, Configuration, and Support responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess an engineering degree to grasp the intricacies of the processes involved yet is keen on holding a client-facing position.
Responsibilities- Provide assistance to clients in operating their Atfinity system, addressing various issues, including technical challenges
- Identify and resolve technical problems, including deployment-related issues
- Engage in technical sessions with clients to define desired configurations, deployments, and integrations
- Customize the Atfinity Software according to client requirements
- Create and deploy new development tools and infrastructure
- Conduct root cause analysis for production errors and propose enhancements
- Ensure clients' software functions correctly post-releases
- Generate precise and timely reports
- Document technical insights through notes and manuals
Essential
