Project Leader Robotics

You are part of an international cross functional team focusing on robotics construction solutions.
As a Project Leader you manage the Hardware development team and all other cross functional competencies in Liechtenstein and a Software development team in Germany.
This role requires the facilitation of the project stream and the synchronize of the system integration with all different disciplines including testing.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
This highly innovative product area requires setting the right priorities for the different product streams as well the need to make the right trade-offs decision in the daily project work.
As a Project Leader, you facilitate the yearly targets for the product category, participate in the yearly roadmap discussion, and facilitate the ongoing technology and industrialization projects.
You are the owner of the product category budget and are responsible to deliver on time at the right quality level.
You'll work with some of the industry's most trusted and innovative engineering products.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
- A proven track record in project management for industrialization projects over several years
- A bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Electronics
- A proactive and handson approach to tackling new challenges
- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and guide the team towards achieving set objectives, along with proficiency in stakeholder management
- Fluency in spoken and written English
