Projektleiterin Demand Planning

What you'll be doing:

• You will optimize our Demand Planning processes and systems to increase forecast accuracy and efficiency
• You will fine-tune our forecasting algorithms using sales data, statistical methods, and AI/ML to make more accurate predictions, taking into account current market trends
• In collaboration with our departments, you will ensure optimal inventory levels to perfectly meet our customers' needs
• You will create and analyze KPIs and report your results directly to management
• You will drive Demand Planning forward to ensure efficient money, material, and information flow in our Supply Chain – all based on smart strategic decisions

What you bring to the table:

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• You have at least 5 years of experience in Demand Planning and can demonstrate a strong track record in building and defining Demand Planning processes
• You possess advanced knowledge in forecasting techniques and tools, including statistical analysis methods and Demand Planning software
• You also have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
• In terms of work approach, you are a self-starter with high learning agility, quick comprehension, and a pragmatic implementation focus
