Projektleiterin Demand Planning

What you will be doing

• You will optimize our Demand Planning processes and systems to increase forecast accuracy and efficiency
• You will fine-tune our forecasting algorithms to make more accurate predictions using sales data, statistical methods, and AI/ML, taking into account current market trends
• In collaboration with our departments, you will ensure optimal inventory levels to perfectly meet our customers' needs
• You will create and analyze KPIs and report your results directly to management
• You will drive Demand Planning to ensure efficient money, material, and information flow in our Supply Chain - all based on smart strategic decisions

What you bring to the table

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• You have at least 5 years of experience in Demand Planning and can demonstrate a strong track record in building and defining Demand Planning processes
• You possess strong knowledge of forecasting techniques and tools, including statistical analysis methods and software for Demand Planning
• You have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
• You are a self-starter with high learning agility, quick grasp, and a pragmatic implementation orientation
