Hobson Prior are seeking for a Production Lead to join a fantastic pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis located in Visp.

Our client is focused on developing, producing and testing tomorrow's sterile remedies.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this role, you will offer training to personnel such as recruitment, training and promotion of personnel.
  • Responsible for batch release on the part of production.
  • Accountable for operational management of the production facilities and guarantee professional procedures.
  • Assure both a professional and costeffective processing on the production side.
  • You will be responsible for staff management, planning and organisation of the production team.
  • Any other assigned duties.

  • Works well in a team as well as independently.
  • Assumes a proactive approach, providing input and ideas.
  • A flexible individual with the ability to resolve issues.
  • Communication skills both verbally and in writing.

Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in a biology, microbiology, pharmacy or similar field.
  • Acquaintance working within a QA field in a GMPregulated setting for the production or manufacture or testing of pharmaceuticals.
  • Fluency in the English and German languages.
  • Looking for a new challenge.
