**Description**:

- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Production scheduling:

- Contribute to the monthly local business unit supply planning cycle
- Reflect the Master Production Plan in Supply Chain Systems for a horizon of 12-24 months
- Reflect production scheduling for a horizon of 3-9 months
- Convert production requirements and subsequent material requirements by:

- Firming plan orders
- Converting planned orders to process orders or purchase requisitions
- Maintaining plan orders, process orders, and purchase requisitions
- Identify key roadblocks and report to the line manager
- Organize lessons learned after production and follow up on identified actions
- Master and transactional data:

- Create, maintain, and delete material and production master data parameters to ensure systems fit the needs of the business

Check transactional data to ensure real-time status in systems
- Inventory management:

- Drive reduction of excess inventory to ensure optimal material levels under assigned profit centers to prevent losses and/or scrap**:

- **

**Process improvement**:

- Contribute to and deploy global and local initiatives
- Contribute to the definition of harmonized/standardized KPIs
- Use harmonized/standardized KPIs to define improvement initiatives and action plans
- Identify, share, and propose best practices to the line manager
- Document processes and tasks according to cGMP and ISO 9001 standards

**Language requirements**: German and EnglishMinimum 6 years of experience in the biotech environment with production planning experience.

**Job Types**: 100%, Permanent

**Salary**: CHF120,000.00 - CHF140,000.00 per year
