Für den Bereich **Business Development & Innovation** der AMAG Academy in **Schinznach-Bad AG / Lupfig AG**, suchen wir eine lösungsorientierte und analytische Persönlichkeit als **Product Owner Learning Systems 100%**.

**Was du bei uns bewegen kannst**:

- Du berätst andere Abteilungen bei technischen sowie prozessualen Fragen zu digitalem Lernen
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Customizing und die Parametrisierung der Academy Systeme, vorwiegend des LMS (Learning Management System), sowie die Umsetzung von Change Requests
- Du koordinierst die Weiterentwicklung der Applikationen, indem du Fachanforderungen in Kooperation mit Geschäftsprozessverantwortlichen, Lieferanten und der IT aufnimmst sowie Lösungskonzepte und Dokumentationen erstellst
- Du betreust die Applikationen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus, entsprechend holst du auch kontinuierlich Feedback ein, um die Produkte zu verbessern und berätst die Anwender
- Du identifizierst und bewältigst Risiken im Zusammenhang mit den Produkten

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung, höhere Berufsbildung auf tertiärer Basis (z.B. FH, FH, Universität) wünschenswert
- Weiterbildung als Product Owner, vorzugsweise im Agile-Framework
- Erfahrung als Product Owner oder Projekterfahrung im IT-Umfeld, Kenntnisse mit Learning Management-Systemen von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte IT- und Prozess-Affinität
- Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
