Marketing Assistant Layout

Your Responsibilities:
- At WASER, we create a 550-page catalog every two years to showcase our core range and complement our offline marketing mix. We are looking for your support in realizing this project. You will be part of an experienced team involved in all design aspects of the catalog. From drafting the manuscript to designing the layout in Adobe InDesign and ensuring it is print-ready. Using other Adobe Creative Cloud programs, you will ensure an attractive and consistent design. As part of the project, you will autonomously coordinate your tasks with both the marketing team and our category management.
Your Profile:
- Professional experience in graphic design/prepress, preferably in print media production
- Excellent Adobe Creative Cloud skills, especially Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
- Good MS-Office skills
- Knowledge of PIM databases is a plus
- Product range knowledge in the stationery and office supplies industry is beneficial
- Fluent in German. French or Italian language skills (spoken/written) are advantageous
- High quality awareness, resilience, and team spirit
- Creativity, resourcefulness, quick comprehension, high degree of independence, and initiative
