Le / la Distribution Support Specialist contrôle, supervise les commandes vente et e-commerce et gère les problèmes associés. Il / elle génère les commandes de réapprovisionnement quotidiennes. Il / elle a la charge du traitement des réclamations et demandes magasin. Il / elle gère les retours fournisseur et magasin.

Tâches principales :

Superviser et gérer les commandes vente de la centrale et du e-commerce

Superviser le bon déroulement des commandes

Générer les commandes de réapprovisionnement quotidien des magasins

Corriger ou ajuster les commandes pour limiter au maximum les délais

Assurer la bonne communication des informations aux magasins et au customer care

Créer et gérer les commandes reçues par mail Organiser les implantations magasin

Traiter les réclamations des magasins et des clients finaux en coopération avec les différents services

Gérer les demandes particulières et les réclamations en provenance des magasins

Gérer les demandes particulières et les réclamations en provenance des clients par lintermédiaire du customer care

Gérer les retours magasins et les retours fournisseurs Superviser et traiter les retours magasins et fournisseurs

Contrôle de la marchandise retournée

Mise en conformité des retours pour permettre lentrée en stock Amélioration continue

Participer à lamélioration continue du Distribution Support : identification des problèmes rencontrés et standardisation des solutions apportées

Réaliser toute tâche confiée par le Distribution Support Manager

Qualifications & Compétences :

Expérience en qualité dopticien un réel atout

Connaissance des concepts, outils et méthode du support client

Connaissance des concepts, outils et méthode de monitoring des commandes

Orienté client, Esprit déquipe

Résolution de problème et esprit créatif

Confiance, patience, diplomatie et tact

Rigueur, organisation et esprit analytique Aptitude à communiquer, à conseiller, informer (à l'oral et à l'écrit)
