In dieser Funktion hast du die Möglichkeit, die Unit thematisch und hinsichtlich des Teams aufzubauen, strategisch zu führen und unsere Kunden mit innovativen Lösungen und bester Beratungsqualität zu begleiten.

**Deine Aufgaben bei uns**:

- Mit deinem ausgeprägten Qualitätsanspruch entwickelst du kreative Lösungen für komplexe Problemstellungen
- Du bist den Entwicklungen der Branche immer einen Schritt voraus und verfolgst aufmerksam die neuesten Trends
- Du begleitest die Mitarbeitenden bei ihrer Entwicklung und motivierst sie, über sich selbst hinauszuwachsen. Du erstellst klare Ziele, bietest eine helfende Hand und förderst gemeinsam mit deinem Team jüngere Mitarbeitende in ihrer Entwicklung
- Du förderst eine Unternehmenskultur, die Kreativität, Innovation und Risikobereitschaft unterstützt. Du schaffst eine solche Arbeitsumgebung, in der deine Mitarbeitenden Ideen austauschen, Problemlösungen entwickeln und mutige Experimente durchführen können
- Du analysierst die Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen des Marktes und deiner Kunden und entwickelst massgeschneiderte Lösungen, um ihre Ziele zu erreichen. Du baust langfristige Beziehungen auf und pflegst Kontakte zu Schlüsselentscheidern, um eine starke Kundenbindung aufzubauen

- und Krankenversicherungen ausgezeichnet vernetzt. Du nutzt dieses Netzwerk, um neue Projekte zu akquirieren, pflegst bestehende Kontakte und baust das Netzwerk weiter aus
- Du bist Vorbild und führst auch dementsprechend. Durch einen modernen Führungsstil rekrutierst und entwickelst du Top-Talente welche sich längerfristig bei Inacta einbringen wollen
- Du bist unternehmerisch verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Strategie, welche das Wachstum und die Rentabilität der Unit "Insurance" fördert, und wirst attraktiv am Erfolg der Unit und des Unternehmens beteiligt

Du verfügst über Kenntnisse der bekannten Cloud-Computing-Plattformen und bist in der Lage, Cloud-basierte Lösungen für Versicherungen und Krankenversicherungen zu entwerfen und zu implementieren
Du kennst die Prozesse, Kernsysteme und Kernlösungen der Versicherungsbranche und verstehst die gesamte Komplexität der digitalen Transformation. Auch sind dir die branchenüblichen Kernsysteme von Herstellern wie Adesso, BBT sowie Adcubum bekannt
Du besitzt ein hohes Mass an fachlichen Erfahrungen in der Versicherungsbranche und kannst Herausforderungen im Fach ausgezeichnet besprechen
- Du verfügst über 10+ Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Consulting in der Versicherungsbranche und bist als Ansprechpartner in der Schweiz bekannt
Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Strategie für den Markt der Erst
- und Krankenversicherer ist ein Muss. Du besitzt einen starken Geschäftssinn, mit dem du das Wachstum und die Profitabilität deiner Unit sicherstellst
