**Content Coordination**:
Du kennst Dich mit sämtlichen Storytelling-Formaten aus und weisst, wie man mit starkem Content Menschen auf Social Media begeistert? Wenn Du eigenständig kreative Ideen in Video
- und Bildcontent übersetzen und dann auch mit diversen Kreativ-Agenturen koordinieren kannst, dann suchen wir genau dich

**Aufgaben**:

- Konzeption, Koordinierung und Optimierung von Marketing Kampagnen im Paid Social Bereich mit direktem Kundenkontakt
- Erarbeitung von data-driven Optimierungsempfehlungen zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung aller Kampagnen und Channels
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen und Partner im Performance Marketing
- Identifizieren von Trends und Entwicklungen im Online Marketing

**Qualifikationen**:

- Fachspezifische Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium an einer Fachhochschule/Universität mit Spezialisierung im Bereich Social Media, Kommunikation, neue Medien oder Marketing von Vorteil
- Du bist ein kreatives Köpfchen und scheust dich nicht Influencer für Zusammenarbeiten anzufragen
- Fähigkeit, bestehenden Prozessen zu folgen
- Schnelles Lernen und hohe Disziplin
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Präzision
- Strategisches Denken und Zahlenaffinität
- Du gehst gut mit Ausführungsdruck um
- Saubere und fehlerfreie schriftliche Form in deutscher Sprache - manchmal muss man auch etwas schreiben
- Vorkenntnisse im Online-Marketing sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich( wir nehmen dich auch ohne)
- Bewerbung in der "Du"-Ansprache (wir sind alle noch nicht so alt)
