**Key User ERP (H/F/X)**
**80% à 100%**
Dans ce rôle, vous évoluez au sein d'une équipe de Key Users et êtes le point d'entrée de toutes les commandes clients de BG. Vous assurez la qualité des données commandes dans l'ERP afin de permettre une facturation adéquate des prestations. Vous fournissez un support ERP aux clients internes.
Vos tâches principales comprennent:
- Gestion des commandes et création des projets dans l'ERP ;
- Contrôle des documents et de l'exactitude et cohérence des informations transmises par les chefs de projet ;
- Suivi et clôture des projets ;
- Appui aux chefs de projet pour la planification des projets ;
- Accompagnement à la facturation en cas de factures complexes.
Titulaire d'un CFC d'employé de commerce ou d'une formation dans le domaine de l'informatique, vous êtes au bénéfice de plusieurs années d'expérience dans le domaine de l'assistance de projets et/ou assistance administrative. Une expérience dans un bureau d'études ou une société offrant des prestations intellectuelles représente un atout.
Vous avez déjà participé à la mise en œuvre ou à l'amélioration du fonctionnement d'un ERP ou d'un système d'information. Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques usuels (suite Microsoft Office) ainsi qu'un ERP, idéalement Microsoft Dynamics. De langue maternelle française, vous avez de bonnes connaissances en allemand et en anglais.
Votre excellente capacité d'analyse vous permet de cerner rapidement les problèmes et enjeux d'une situation et d'y apporter les réponses adéquates. Vous savez garder une vue d'ensemble des projets que vous gérez et assumer plusieurs tâches simultanément. Autonome dans vos activités, vous savez néanmoins travailler en équipe et appréciez cela. Enfin, grâce à vos bonnes aptitudes de communication, vous êtes en mesure de collaborer efficacement avec différents interlocuteurs.
