What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Identifying and seizing business opportunities specifically related to Fine Art and (Ultra) High Net Worth Individuals ((U)HNWI)
  • Advising and supporting distribution partners and customers on insurance solutions and risk management
  • Reviewing customer submissions, calculating appropriate risk premium and drawing up insurance solutions tailored to customers' needs
  • Conducting risk visits together with brokers and AXA CH agents across Switzerland, identifying, analysing and evaluating sitespecific risks
  • Building longterm relationships with customers, brokers, and other AXA entities
  • Collaborating across departments such as Underwriting, Claims and Finance
  • Participating and supporting internal strategic projects

We are looking for a new team member.

You will be provided with autonomy, empowerment, training and guidance where needed and appropriate to your level of experience:

  • Professional experience in the insurance or art industry, ideally 5 years or more
  • University degree in Art History, Economics or a related field, or a commercial apprenticeship
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, efficient and able to work independently by structuring the path forward
  • Wellspoken and a communicative, confident and discrete manner towards clients and business partners
  • Motivated and solutionoriented personality that thrives in a fastpaced, dynamic and high energy environment
  • Proficient in standard MS Office tools
  • Linguistic proficiency in English and German and/or French
