Are you enthusiastic about the financial sector? We are searching for a proactive Relationship Manager for our Private Clients / External Asset Management (EAM) division, specifically focusing on EAM International.

Role Overview:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of External Asset Managers in the USA and Switzerland markets, enhancing their potential for growth with private clients through effective sales strategies.
  • Serve as a reliable advisor to clients, offering comprehensive recommendations on various products and services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' requirements and adapt to changes in the business landscape or their preferences.
  • Efficiently oversee a client portfolio, taking the lead in relationships and ensuring top-notch client experiences.
  • Establish connections with internal and external sales partners, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Adhere to internal compliance guidelines related to compliance, ICS, and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years in financial services, focusing on external asset managers in an international cross-border setting, with expertise in markets like Latin America, South Africa, UK, Germany, and Dubai (DIFC).
  • MBA, university degree, or banking education with specialized training, preferably holding a Series 7 license.
  • Client-centric individual with exceptional interpersonal and acquisition abilities.
  • Team player capable of thriving under pressure and upholding the highest standards in risk management and control culture.
  • Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluency in English and German with excellent communication skills.
