**Key Accountabilities**:

- Effectuer le contrôle technique et esthétique des composants habillages et des produits finis au moyen des outils de mesure usuels (binoculaire, jauge, comparateur )
- Garantir la conformité des produits en fonction des spécifications techniques, fonctionnelles et esthétiques.
- Enregistrement des rapports qualité et gestion des non-conformités sur QuickControl
- Réaliser la saisie des réceptions et expéditions des composants et montres dans notre ERP.
- Effectue les contrôles et validation des nouveaux composants chez les fournisseurs.
- Analyser et rechercher les solutions adéquates aux défauts constatés en collaboration avec les services concernés.
- Participe au développement et à l'optimisation du service du contrôle qualité.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Expérience de 3 ans dans le domaine de contrôle de la qualité dans l'industrie de l'horlogerie.
- Spécialisation dans le domaine de la qualité (TQ0) ou formation équivalente.
- Connaissance des outils de mesures conventionnels.
- Compréhension des plans techniques 2D.
- Connaissance de MS-Office.
- Expérience avec un ERP et Quickcontrol.
- Perception normale des couleurs et une très bonne vue.
- Organisé, rigoureux, polyvalent avec un fort esprit d'équipe.
- Disposer à se déplacer chez les fournisseurs en Suisse Romande.
- Langue maternelle française, Anglais courant

Within the Quality Assurance department, you will join a new team with the desire to get involved and to develop professionally and personally. Your experience in a similar position in the watchmaking sector and your knowledge of standard control tools are the assets sought for the position; You are a team player with good judgement and adaptability, you have a good sense of observation and detail as well as a great reactivity and a taste for taking on new challenges. **Key Accountabilities**:

- Carry out the technical and aesthetic control of the components and finished products by means of the usual measuring tools (binocular, gauge, comparator...)
- Guarantee the conformity of the products according to the technical, functional and aesthetic specifications.
- Record quality reports and manage non-conformities on QuickControl
- Carry out the input of the reception and shipment of components and watches in our ERP.
- Carry out the controls and validation of new components at the suppliers.
- Analyze and search for appropriate solutions to the defects found in collaboration with the departments concerned.
- Participates in the development and optimization of the quality control department.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 3 years experience in the field of quality control in the watch industry.
- Specialization in the field of quality (TQ0) or equivalent training.
- Knowledge of conventional measuring tools.
- Understanding of 2D technical drawings.
- Knowledge of MS-Office.
- Experience with ERP and Quickcontrol.
- Normal color perception and very good eyesight.
- Organized, rigorous, versatile with a strong team spirit.
- Willing to travel to suppliers in French-speaking Switzerland.
- French mother tongue, English fluent
