Qu'attendons-nous de vous ?

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Senior Client Data & Insight, vous êtes le/la garant(e) de la bonne gestion des données clients au sein de la Maison et pilotez le déploiement de nos outils de gestion de base de données.

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions :

-Vous définissez la stratégie données client de la Maison : amélioration de la qualification des données pour une meilleure connaissance du portefeuille clients, établissement des règles business en lien avec ces données...

-Vous accompagnez le déploiement des outils de gestion de base de données clients. En ce sens, vous participez à l'ensemble des phases projets (design, US, test, déploiement, training...)

-Vous vous assurez de la bonne compréhension des règles et de l'utilisation correcte des outils.

-Vous accompagnez les équipes dans les projets d'amélioration de nos bases de données clients et assurez une bonne cohérence avec la stratégie de la Maison.

-Vous êtes le/la garant(e) de l'utilisation, de la diffusion et de la confidentialité des données.

-Vous managez et accompagnez vos équipes dans la réalisation des projets.
