Responsibilities
  • In the role of team leader, you will be responsible for the personnel and technical management of the network team and will continue to develop it.
  • As part of the Infrastructure & Platforms management team, you will actively work on concepts and proposed solutions for our division.
  • You will be responsible for the secure and economical operation and further development of ICT network systems as well as their permanent and holistic monitoring, including the areas of data center, WAN, LAN and WLAN, including the required peripheral systems.
  • You manage the relevant services according to the service catalog including budget and service lifecycle and ensure compliance with the SLAs/OLAs and their reporting to the supervisor.
  • You will create, plan and implement a medium-term infrastructure roadmap including capacity management for all LUKS Group sites.
Requirements
  • You have sound knowledge and several years of practical experience in the field of networking (with a focus on Cisco products).
  • You impress with your coordination and communication skills, speak fluent German and English and demonstrate an inspiring and empowering leadership style.
  • Thanks to your flexibility, creativity and strong conceptual skills, you find it easy to develop new solutions. You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility and an independent way of working.
  • A university of applied sciences or higher technical college in computer science or business informatics round off your profile.
