**Aufgabe**:
Im Auftrag von T-Systems International suchen wir in der Schweiz (Bern/Zürich) eine/einen CEX-Contract und Claim Manger/in.

Contracting Excellence (CEX) ist der zentrale Ansprechpartner für Contract
- und Claim Management der T-Systems. Wir unterstützen Teams in der Vertriebs
- als auch in der Projektphase hinsichtlich aller Vertragsangelegenheiten. Die Hauptaufgabe des Contract Managers während der Projektphase besteht vor allem darin die Vertragsklarheit und Konsistenz bestehender Verträge zu gewährleisten und umfasst dabei die Unterstützung der Service Delivery
- und Projektmanager bei Vertragsänderungen, der Sicherstellung der Governance sowie dem Claim Management. In den von ihnen verantworteten Projekten und/oder Accounts interagieren sie direkt mit unseren Kunden, Lieferanten und Partnern in ganz Europa oder auch weltweit. Zu dieser Aufgabe gehören folgende Tätigkeiten:

- Erster Ansprechpartner bei allen Fragen zum Vertrag intern und mit den entsprechenden Ansprechpartnern auf Kundenseite
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und praxisbezogene Unterstützung mit dem Projektmanagement zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von vertraglichen Verpflichtungen und Adressierung von Vertragsverletzungen
- Sicherstellung des Vertragsmanagements in den verantworteten Projekten und Accounts in Übereinstimmung mit internen Richtlinien
- Managementgerechte Darstellung des Status von Vertragsverhandlungen und von Rechtsstreitigkeiten sowie Bereitstellung erforderlicher Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management
- Umsetzung einer strukturierten und klaren Strategie für das Claim Management im Projekt, Steuerung der internen Vorbereitungen für Verhandlungen und deren Durchführung mit Kunden und Lieferanten
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams, einschliesslich Vertrieb, Delivery, Business Controlling, Recht, Einkauf oder Personal
- Erarbeitung, Aktualisierung und Verhandlung der Verträge in Zusammenarbeit mit den verantwortlichen Funktionen
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Verbesserung von Best Practices und Strategien für Vertragsmanagement im Unternehmen

**Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschafts
- oder Volkswirtschaftslehre, Rechtswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Fachrichtungen
- 3 bis 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Contract Manager o.ä., vorzugsweise in einem IT-Unternehmen, im digitalen Bereich oder in Start-ups
- Verständnis der technischen oder kommerziellen Anforderungen in Projekten und daraus ableitend Entwicklung kreativer und langfristiger Lösungen sowie deren Umsetzung in vertragliche Regelungen
- Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, einschließlich der Fähigkeit die Vertragsstrategie zu erklären und die Fachfunktionen zu führen
- Ein hohes Mass an sozialer und interkultureller Kompetenz insbesondere in kritischen Situationen
- Ausgezeichnete Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, ein hohes Maß an Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung, Organisationsgeschick sowie Eigeninitiative und Entscheidungskompetenz
- Hohes Mass an Selbstorganisation, Selbstständigkeit und effiziente Arbeitsweise verbunden mit einem intelligenten Zeit
- und Prioritätsmanagement
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Flexibilität und Engagement auch unter hohem Zeitdruck
- Unterstützung der Kollegen durch aktive Zusammenarbeit
- deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse mit ausgezeichneten mündlichen und schriftlichen Fähigkeiten. Kenntnisse in einer weiteren Sprache sind von Vorteil
- Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft (auf Projektebene) wird vorausgesetzt
- umfassende Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office Anwendungen (mindestens Outlook, Word, Excel und PowerPoint)
