En tant que leader dans le secteur immobilier, nous proposons à nos clients une gamme variée de services pour les sites et les immeubles commerciaux dans le domaine du Center & Mixed-Use Site Management.

Pour compléter notre équipe, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) :

Real Estate Site Manager (H/F/X) à Rolle, à 100%

Tes responsabilités :

  • Tu es le principal point de contact pour les immeubles, les propriétaires, les locataires et les clients.
  • Tu es chargé de développer l'attractivité du site et de renforcer sa promotion.
  • Tu négocies avec les parties prenantes et participes aux comités de pilotage.
  • Tu gères et développes l'équipe sous ta supervision.
  • Tu prépares les décisions en ce qui concerne le budget, l'entretien, le marketing et la commercialisation.
  • Tu es responsable de la gestion commerciale, du Facility Management technique et du marketing.

Ton profil :

  • Titulaire d'un diplôme d'une haute école ou équivalent, avec une expérience dans l'immobilier ou la vente au détail.
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
  • Bon réseau local et sens du service client développé.
  • Proactif et orienté résultats avec une forte éthique de travail.
