En tant que principal prestataire immobilier, nous offrons à nos clients une gamme variée de services pour les sites et les immeubles retail dans le domaine du Management des centres et des sites mixtes.

De la gestion commerciale et technique à l'utilisation temporaire et à la gestion de la communauté, en passant par le marketing et la commercialisation.

Pour compléter notre équipe, nous recherchons un individu engagé pour le poste de :

Responsable de site immobilier (H/F/X) à Rolle, à 100%.

Tes responsabilités :

  • Tu es le point de contact principal pour les immeubles, les propriétaires, les locataires et les clients.
  • Tu développes et améliores l'attractivité du site.
  • Tu négocies avec les propriétaires, les autorités et les locataires.
  • Tu diriges et développes les collaborateurs sous ta supervision.
  • Tu prépares les décisions pour l'Asset Management dans différents domaines.
  • Tu as la responsabilité de la gestion commerciale, de l'entretien technique et du marketing.

Ton profil :

  • Diplômé(e) d'une haute école, en économie ou avec une formation similaire et de l'expérience dans l'immobilier ou la vente au détail.
  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans des postes similaires.
  • Un bon réseau dans le domaine.
  • Proactif(ve), orienté(e) service avec une bonne gestion du quotidien professionnel.
