Für unsere Auftraggeberin, ein Schweizer IT-Dienstleister für kleine und mittelgrosse Banken, mit mehreren 100 Mitarbeiter und Sitz in der Region Mittelland, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung nach einem erfahrenen, Banking Projektleiter (m/w).
AufgabenAls Projektleiter verantwortest du das Projektmanagement nationaler Banking Projekte. Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung- und Steuerung deiner Projekte und dass diese in Bezug auf Budget, Qualität, Zeit und Scope geliefert werden. Du kommunizierst in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, externen Partnern und Lieferanten und stellst die Erreichung der funktionalen und finanziellen Ziele sicher. Zuletzt bist du für die Qualität der gelieferten Projektergebnisse verantwortlich und repräsentierts die Projektmitarbeiter gegen innen und aussen, erstellst ein adäquates Reporting und entsprechend Risikomanagement unter Einhaltung und Sicherstellung der internen Projektgovernance.
QualifikationUm diese anspruchsvolle Herausforderung zu meistern bringst du mehrjährige, praktische Erfahrung in der Leitung und Implementierung von Projekten im Bankenumfeld mit. Gute Prozesskenntnisse und Verständnis für bankfachliche Themen (von Vorteil in den Bereichen Digitalisierung, Basis oder Zahlungsverkehr), wie auch abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und solide Kenntnisse der im Projektmanagement werden vorausgesetzt.
