- As an Integration Manager within ROC Core, you will be part of a team that is responsible to define, execute and champion a comprehensive integration strategy of a largescale transformation program, following BJB's transformation goals
- Define functional / domain and technology specific integration best practice examples which are based on BJB's guidelines and standards
- Accompany integration specifications between three parties (provider / middleware / consumer) and foster defined integration standards
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between development teams.
- Participate and foster DevOps community of practices for integration activities in their respective domains
- Lead roundtables and moderate Dev Portal communities and content
YOUR PROFILE:
- Proven functional banking expertise in dedicated areas (Core Banking, Finance, Markets, Advisory, Payments, Output etc.) and good business knowledge across major Core Banking products in the Wealth Management sector
- Proven experience in integration and DevOps roles, preferably in the banking or financial industry
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies and DevOps tools and practices, such as ESBs, APIs, middleware and CI/CD pipelines
- Experienced in complex projects (IT, Business, Transition), in the area of integration / implementation of «Standard-SW» (involved in negotiation with 3rd party vendor) and replacing an old legacy platform
- Very good organizational, communication (also on senior management level) and problemsolving skills with an underlying strong ability for conceptual work
- Can do and driver attitude with a strive for quality and delivery, not shying away from new challenges
