Nous nous engageons à assurer la sécurité de nos membres et offrons une large palette de prestations et de services. **En tant que n°1 dans l'assistance au dépannage**, nous sommes là pour nos membres 24 heures sur 24. Nous veillons à ce que vous puissiez reprendre rapidement la route en cas de panne, et ce, que vous soyez à pied, à deux-roues ou en voiture. Avec le Livret ETI, le TCS est également l'un des **prestataires** **leaders en matière de protection voyages**: nous mettons tout en œuvre pour garantir à nos membres une protection optimale avant, durant et après leurs vacances. Enfin, nous sommes fiers d'être l'un des **principaux fournisseurs du plus grand réseau privé de secours d'urgence et de transport de patients en Suisse**,** **TCS Swiss Ambulance Rescue. Notre mission est de favoriser la mobilité de nos membres et d'assurer leur sécurité. En mettant fortement l'accent sur la croissance, nous nous efforçons toujours de renforcer notre position sur le marché.

**Corporate Development Manager**

expérimenté(e) qui soutiendra nos initiatives de croissance et sera impliqué(e) de manière significative dans l'identification, l'évaluation et la mise en œuvre d'opportunités d'affaires stratégiques.

**Lieu de travail**: Vernier (Genève)

**Vos défis**:

- Analyse des tendances du marché, de la concurrence et des évolutions du secteur
- Élaboration de l'analyse stratégique pour le TCS Suisse
- Identification des opportunités de croissance et de développement
- Gestion des participations existantes ainsi qu'identification, évaluation et analyse des opportunités potentielles de participation et d'investissement
- Contrôle et suivi de l'ensemble du processus M&A
- Gestion de projets d'innovation transversaux

**Ce que vous apportez**:

- Maîtrise en gestion d'entreprise ou dans un domaine similaire (diplôme d'haute école ou universitaire)
- 2 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle en M&A ou en stratégie
- Compétences en négociation et capacités d'analyse
- Pensée conceptuelle et structurée
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation
- De langue maternelle française ou allemande avec une bonne connaissance de l'autre langue
