Multilingual Communications Specialist

Für unseren Kunden aus der Bankbranche in Zürich, suchen wir einen erfahrene:n und motivierte:n mehrsprachige:r Kommunikationsspezialist:in - Interne Kommunikation.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Beratung und Unterstützung der internen Stakeholder bei der Erstellung von Kundenkommunikationen sowie Begleitung durch den Produktionsprozess inkl. unterstützende Dokumente und Richtlinien
  • Überprüfung des Tons und Layouts von Kundenbriefen und dazugehörigen Beilagen wie Broschüren, Informationsblättern und Formularen gemäss den CI/CD-Richtlinien
  • Bearbeitung von Texten in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Koordination von Übersetzungen und Korrekturlesungen mit externen Anbietern, Prüfung, Abstimmung und Finalisierung der Sprachversionen (DE, EN, ES, FR und IT)
  • Verwaltung und Aktualisierung verschiedener Kundenbriefvorlagen in fünf Sprachen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der Dokumentation des Produktionsprozesses und unterstützenden Materials
  • Bereitstellung von Input für die Terminologiedatenbank und Sprachrichtlinien an das Language Services Team

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung als interne Kommunikationsspezialist:in innerhalb der Finanzbranche
  • Universitätsabschluss (Bachelor oder Master) in angewandter Linguistik oder ähnlich
  • Starke Serviceorientierung und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Zuverlässige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Detailgenauigkeit
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Engagement sowie Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten
  • Teamorientierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit ausgezeichneten sozialen Fähigkeiten und sicherem Auftreten
  • Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch, gute Kenntnisse in weiteren Sprachen wie Französisch, Italienisch oder Spanisch sind von grossem Vorteil
